This is a letter written by Anne Hogan to wives, mothers, teachers, and keepers of the home.

As parents, we want our children to honor us. This is why we teach them to memorize the verse, “Children, obey your parents in the Lord for this is right.” We can make this easier for our children when we are credible messengers who have genuinely submitted to our Heavenly Father, saying, “Not my will, but Thine be done.”

This is an example of a noble man’s blessing statement that reminds him of who he is in Christ Jesus.

This is an article by Anna Sophia Botkin taken from a speech she gave at a blessing for a young ladies introduction into noble womanhood. I was blessed as I listened to a young lady who was trained by a father with a vision and the competence in the Lord to carry it out. Geoff Botkin’s daughters inspired within me a greater determination to fulfill my calling as a father.

This is a speech by Elizabeth Botkins that I heard her give with amazing poise, clarity and authority that my daughter leaned over and said to me, “Daddy, she was really amazing!” Emily experienced the grace of God coming through a very special vessel of the Lord who is being used mightily in her generation. I hope you will print this off and read it to your daughters and give them a vision of noble womanhood.

In the army they teach people what they need to “BE”, then what they need to “KNOW”, and finally what they will need to “DO” in order to be a successful leader. God has given us this same principle in His Word, “Noble men make noble plans, and by noble deeds they stand.” God first instructs us to “BE” noble men, then to “KNOW” His ways so we can make noble plans, and finally to “DO” noble deeds.
