Soul Words

I was reading the book “How We Love” by Milan and Kay Yerkovich when I came across a list of what they call Soul Words. I have come across many lists over the years that help people identify their feelings and I find them extremely useful for men who tend to categorize all of their feelings into one of two words angry, or frustrated. I recommend giving this list to the person your are having a courageous conversation with so they can better identify what is going on inside their soul. In my article From Zero to Hero I explain four elements of connecting emotinally with another person and this list of words will be helpful when you come to the second element of helping a person identify and clarify their fears, frustrations and feelings.
